This is a public information website for Fire Tree Digital and its planned apps. It does not use advertising technology, behavioural tracking, analytics or a connected newsletter service.
The support form prepares text inside your browser. It does not transmit or store the information you enter.
Information involved in delivering the site
When any website is requested, hosting and security infrastructure necessarily processes technical information such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and security signals. This is used to deliver the site, maintain availability and protect it from misuse.
Fire Tree Digital does not currently combine this technical information with customer profiles or use it for advertising. Infrastructure providers may retain limited operational or security logs under their own controlled processes.
Our purposes and lawful basis
Service providers and international processing
The website is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure and uses domain and certificate services needed to make the site available securely. Technical delivery may involve infrastructure operated outside the UK. Transfer safeguards and processor terms will be documented before Fire Tree Digital enables collection of customer information through the website.
Retention
Fire Tree Digital does not retain support-form entries because they are not sent. Technical operational information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for delivery, troubleshooting, security and legal obligations. More specific schedules will be published before accounts, payments, mailing lists or connected contact forms are introduced.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive portable information, and withdraw consent. See the Data Protection page for details.
Contact details are being completed
A verified privacy email address and registered postal address have not yet been published. Fire Tree Digital will add both before the website begins collecting personal information through a connected service. Until then, no personal details should be entered expecting them to be sent to us.
Complaints and the ICO
You may complain directly to Fire Tree Digital once the official channel is published. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Read the Complaints procedure or visit the ICO complaints service.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated before any material change such as analytics, mailing lists, customer accounts, payments or connected support. The date above will change when the policy changes.
